ABOUT
As a product designer with a technical background in aircraft maintenance and a master’s in circular economy, I transform early ideas into product and system concepts by combining design, engineering and future-oriented thinking.
My main focus lies in the early stages of product development, where ideas are shaped and the greatest opportunities for impact exist. As projects evolve, I focus on maintaining the overall product vision while working alongside specialists.
Sustainability and circularity are part of my design approach, bringing a long-term perspective to the design process. Even when this is not the primary focus of a product or project, the underlying principles can create value not only for the environment, but also for users and businesses.
I look forward to hearing from you!

APPROACH
Explore
Exploring and structuring early ideas to define directions and develop initial concepts for further exploration.
Develop
Translating concepts into feasible product directions through an iterative design process in close collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Materialize
Making ideas tangible through visualizations and physical prototypes that support evaluation, communication and decision-making.
INSIGHTS

Demonstrator, work
To communicate an otherwise invisible innovation to potential customers, multiple aspects had to be balanced simultaneously, including user experience, manufacturing feasibility, and the integration of mechanical, thermal, and electrical components.
[in progress]

Concept coffee machine, study
Design study based on one of the most widely used capsule coffee machines on the market. Focus on improved disassembly, optimized material selection, and increased recyclability to reduce overall CO₂ impact compared to the existing product.

Interior Transportation Design, work
Support for multiple transportation design projects through 3D visualization and concept development. Blender was used both as a rendering and animation tool for CAD-based workflows, as well as an agile design environment for early-stage exploration of geometry, light, and materials.
[Placeholder project, due to restrictions on publishing the original work]

Modular Drone Concept, study
Focus on improving repairability and upgradeability to extend product lifespan and enable a wider range of applications. The modular approach increases flexibility in use while supporting easier maintenance and future adaptation.

High-speed Train Concept, work
Exterior and interior design for a next-generation high-speed train developed in close co-creation with the client. The front section was modeled in Blender, with aerodynamic simulations conducted using OpenFOAM.

NECO, study
Neck collar concept developed in collaboration with industrial design students from ZHdK and a mechanical engineering student from ETH Zurich. The design enables easier application and adjustment while maintaining stable head support for the patient.
